Do you charge buyers for advisory?
Our advisory and site-visit assistance is offered without a separate fee to buyers. We are compensated by the developer on completed transactions, and we disclose this at the outset.
Do you only work with the projects shown on the website?
No. The website carries a curated selection. Our internal coverage is considerably wider, and we shortlist against your requirement rather than our display inventory.
Can you assist NRIs who cannot visit in person?
Yes. We conduct recorded site walkthroughs, coordinate documentation, and work with your representative or Power of Attorney holder through registration.
Do you assist with resale and exit?
Yes. We advise on timing, pricing and buyer sourcing for resale, and on the tax and documentation steps involved.
